Culinary Workforce Pathways

Get hands-on culinary training and build the skills needed to pursue a career in Hawai‘i’s food service industry. Over five weeks, participants will gain practical kitchen experience, professional workplace skills, and Food Safety Certification. Participants who complete the five-week program will continue with a six-week culinary internship to gain real-world food service experience.
